Every Bite is structured differently from many other cookbooks out there. The chapters are organized by a main ingredient/recipe, and subsequent recipes within that chapter continue to utilize the leftovers from that first, main recipe. For instance, Chapter 1 focuses on chicken; with the first recipe being for "The Perfect Roasted Chicken" and the last recipe being "The Best Chicken Stock"; thus using up every bit of the chicken and wasting as little as possible!
