Here I describe the 9 stages that I identified on my journey, and the lessons that I learnt that were key to my success.
The aim of this booklet is to encourage other back pain sufferers to have hope, decide to beat their back pain, and put their best foot forwards on the path to improving the quality of their lives.
Through a methodical approach to understanding my back pain, exploration of the therapies available, persistence and a positive outlook, I managed to beat back pain and stave off depression.
I do believe that all suffers of back pain and sciatica, especially those that lead an active lifestyle, will take something positive from my experience.
